What does a waiver actually require?
Most turn on proving extreme hardship to a qualifying relative, which is an evidentiary exercise: medical, financial, country-condition and family documentation, assembled into a coherent case. Volume alone does not carry it.

Possibly, and deadlines here are short and unforgiving. Bring the denial notice in as soon as you have it, because the options narrow quickly once the filing period closes.
